Saint Valentine’s Cocktail 2016
Someone like you, a delicate cocktail for Saint Valentine's Day created by Javier de las Muelas, ideal to share having in mind the importance that him gives to details.
Syrup, strawberries, raspberries, grapefruit juice and Bombay Sapphire gin are some of the main ingredients of this love cocktail.
Saint Valentine’s Day, the day of lovers, is a designated and appropriate time to demonstrate our love. What better than surprising that special person with a unique experience that represents a delight for the senses? Javier de las Muelas has created, in this special occasion, Someone Like you, a delicate cocktail, ideal to share and created carefully, having in mind the importance that him gives to details.
2 drops of Droplets Orange. Blossom Honey.
1 dash of Peychaud’s bitters
1.5 cl. of strawberry syrup.
1 cl. of egg yolk.
2 cl. of grapefruit juice.
5 cl. of Bombay Sapphire gin.
Decoration: A miniature rose.
* Mince the raspberries in a shaker using a mallet and then serve the rest of ingredients.
* Add an abundant quantity of diamond shaped ice and shake the resulting mix for 10 seconds.
* Serve the cocktail in a glass through a thin strainer and add a crystalline ice.
* Decorate the cocktail with a raspberry on top of the ice and a rose on the stem of the glass.
